Allianz Real Estate France is the French hub of Allianz Real Estate and structured as a real estate investment and asset management company. It operates in four markets: France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.
The portfolio consists of 291 buildings with a total area of 1.3 million m² and around €6.6 billion assets under management . The assets are mostly located in Paris and the surrounding region with a significant share of office space.
Allianz Real Estate France manages the real estate portfolio of Allianz Group companies in the region and is structured into six operational divisions :
