• Industrial: Class A institutional quality bulk distribution properties located in the major distribution markets of the U.S.
• Multi-family: Class A urban in-fill and suburban garden apartment projects
• Office: Class A institutional quality properties in the top 12 markets nationwide
• Retail: Top tier regional malls nationally, select urban retail projects in Manhattan and select urban markets, and grocery-anchored community centers in the top 10 markets nationally
