- Office: Class A institutional properties in downtown New York, Boston, Washington, San Francisco and Los Angeles
- Retail: Top tier regional malls nationally, select urban retail projects in Manhattan and select urban markets, and grocery-anchored community centers in the top 10 markets nationally
- Multi-family: Class A and B properties in urban in-fill markets in the top 5 markets nationally and Class A suburban garden apartment projects in the top 10 markets
- Industrial: Institutional quality bulk distribution properties in the major distribution markets of the U.S.
