Allianz Real Estate France
Allianz Real Estate France primarily handles investments in the real estate sector for Allianz France.
Allianz Real Estate France operates on the basis of the strategic direction prescribed by Allianz Real Estate and is responsible for implementing a consistent Buy-Manage-Sell strategy within the countries assigned to it.
At the moment Allianz Real Estate France works mainly with office properties in the Ile-de-France region. The company will therefore be pursuing two goals in the future:
- Geographical diversification
- Greater diversification in terms of type of use
Company structure
Allianz Real Estate France is currently split into the following functional divisions:
- Acquisitions - arbitrage - expert reports: Buying and selling real estate with a focus on performance, profit and risk aspects.
- Investment management: Optimizing the rental profits of the portfolio by looking into creation of value, risk management and optimizations to ensure that value is retained.
- Construction management: Construction and redevelopment programs. Supporting the acquisition/arbitrage and investment management departments through the provision of technical reports.
- Marketing: Renting out apartments, offices and business premises. Sales of residential units on behalf of owner companies.
- Finance – accounts – controlling – DP: Annual accounts for both individual companies and groups, provision of overviews for various departments. Guaranteeing the reporting system and controlling the real estate DP system.
- Legal aspects - insurance consultancy on legal and insurance matters for all real estate business.
