Allianz Real Estate Germany is responsible for the real estate investment and asset management of the Allianz companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe and Scandinavia.

Allianz Real Estate Germany is a subsidiary of Allianz Real Estate which forms the strategic umbrella for all real estate investments of Allianz worldwide.
The key tasks of Allianz Real Estate Germany include:
  • Operational portfolio management
  • Real estate investment management, including realization of direct investments
  • Real estate asset management, including leasing of office and retail trade real estate
  • Technical engineering
  • Control of external partners in property and center management
  • Sale of real estate assets
The head office of Allianz Real Estate Germany is in Frankfurt am Main. Together with its divisions in Berlin (North), Frankfurt/Main (Central) and Munich (South) as well as the Stuttgart office, it oversees a real estate portfolio with a market value of around five billion Euros.
The company is one of the biggest lessors of office and retail space in Germany and generates an annual rental income of approx. 300 million Euros.
