Allianz Real Estate is a holding company based in Munich and Paris. Since 01.01.2009 it forms the strategic umbrella under which the real estate investments of the Allianz Group around the world are controlled. The operational management of investments and assets is currently performed in five international subsidiaries. As part of the buy-manage-sell strategy, responsibility is taken for new investments, asset management work and sales of real estate within their areas of accountability.

International subsidiaries are currently being set up in all important markets, including Italy, using the asset management companies in Germany and France, as well as the office in Singapore as a model.
