Around the world the Allianz companies have around 17 billion Euros invested in real estate. This figure is expected to rise to approx. 30 billion Euros over the next few years.
All real estate is managed by Allianz Real Estate, which invests globally in direct and indirect real estate on behalf of Allianz insurance companies.
Targets of the Investment Strategy:

- Increasing the share of real estate in the Allianz investment portfolio
- Managing of the real estate portfolio actively
