Allianz Real Estate announces the acquisition of an office building in Paris area, and more specifically in Levallois-Perret.

The transaction has been completed on behalf of French companies of the Allianz Group. The building totalizes about 20 000 sq m and is fully leased. The transaction amounts to approximately € 115 million.
