Allianz Real Estate lets 1,600 square meters of office space in Hamburg
Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH's northern branch has let about 1,600 square metres of office space at Sprinkenhof in Hamburg to PATRIZIA GewerbeInvest KAG mbH.

The commercial real estate investment arm of Augsburg-based PATRIZIA Immobilien AG manages the assets of institutional clients and also provides individually tailored property investment funds. PATRIZIA GewerbeInvest will move into its new premises this October.
Sprinkenhof is located in Hamburg's traditional Kontorhausviertel, a district of brick-built office buildings which is home to a fascinating blend of history and modern urban lifestyle. Apart from its prime location, another striking feature of the building is its modern, timeless offices.
Sprinkenhof belongs to insurance company Allianz Lebensversicherung AG. Jones Lang LaSalle GmbH advised on the transaction.
