Allianz Real Estate acquires two office buildings in Paris area
Allianz Real Estate announces today the acquisition of two office buildings in Paris area, and more specifically in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, rue Camille Desmoulins. The assets were sold by a real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse for approximately € 260 million.

The two buildings respectively built in 2002 and 2005 totalise around 33 000 sq m and 825 parking spaces. L'Audiovisuel Extérieur de la France, les sociétés Masson (Elsevier group) and Locaposte are the main tenants.

In this transaction, Allianz Real Estate France was advised by the notary's office, Etude Bresjanac, while the vendor was advised by the notary's office Etude Thibierge.
