Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH, Central Branch, is leasing out approximately 670 square metres of retail space in the Zollstock-Arkaden centre in Cologne, in the property "Vorgebirgstraße 114-120".

In mid-December, KiK Textilien und Non-Food GmbH will be opening a new retail outlet in the Zollstock-Arkaden centre.

The multi-storey office and apartment building was built in 1991 with an integrated shopping arcade.

The "ZOLLSTOCK-ARKADEN" shopping arcade is very popular with local residents in the Zollstock neighbourhood of Cologne. It has its own underground car park which offers shoppers short-term parking. The following are just some of the retail companies with branches at the centre: Kaisers, Aldi, Deichmann, Frisör Klier, Ihr Platz, and Bäckerei Schmitz + Nittenwilm. Businesses in the centre also include a pharmacy, a hearing aid acoustician, a travel agency, and a lottery agent.

The building is an investment property of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG.
