Allianz Real Estate formed a cross functional sustainability team in 2009, starting with France, Germany and a function on the Group level.
Our team develops and publishes global standards, implementing them in each Allianz Real Estate subsidiary according to local requirements. Our objective is to include sustainability into all our core business processes for the Buy-Manage-Sell cycle. Standardization wherever it is possible and useful, sharing knowledge and the regular exchange of information have priority in our day to day business.
