Mr. Fuchs is the Head of European Real Estate Finance at PIMCO Prime Real Estate covering both European Debt Origination and Loan Asset Management. He is a Member of the Executive Committee and a voting Member on the Debt Investment Committee. He has over 30 years of credit experience and, before joining the company in 2013, back then named Allianz Real Estate, he was Head of the Paris Branch and Head of Real Estate Finance France at Hessische Landesbank (‘Helaba’). Prior to this, Mr. Fuchs was the Head of Origination Continental Europe and Global Head of International Credit Analysis at Westdeutsche Immobilienbank (‘Westimmo’). He also served as the Head of International Real Estate Finance and Credit Analyst of international division at DSL Bank. Mr. Fuchs holds an MBA equivalent (Diplom-Volkswirt) from the University of Cologne, Germany.
