Hogan Lovells International LLP renews lease at Düsseldorf Sky Office

Long-term let by Allianz for international law firm
A long-term lease has been signed with Allianz Real Estate Germany by Hogan Lovells International LLP. The international law firm has already decided to extend its lease in the 23-story Sky Office on Kennedydamm in Düsseldorf until the end of 2024.
Already occupying over 8,800 sqm for eight years, Hogan Lovells International LLP is the biggest tenant in this elegant tower block containing some 30,000 sqm of office space. Nearly 90 meters tall, the 23-story Sky Office is the landmark on Kennedydamm in the Golzheim district of Düsseldorf. As well as modern offices fitted out to a high standard, it boasts its own concierge service, conference rooms, a restaurant and a café/bar.
Allianz was advised by Savills while JLL acted as consultant to the tenant.
